Welcome to Olympusil.com. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on our website and form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Olympus Fitness & Health Gadgets (“Olympus”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. 📦 Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

Incorrect product pricing
Suspected fraud or misuse
Inventory errors or unavailability

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is officially accepted.

2. 🧾 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate images, descriptions, and specifications.
Minor differences in color, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturing or display settings.
If a product differs materially from its description, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. 💳 Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may include VAT or other local taxes.
Payment methods include:

Shopify Payments (Credit/Debit)
PayPal
Apple Pay (via Payment Link)

By placing an order, you authorize Olympus to charge the total order amount.
Promotions and discount codes must be applied before checkout.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and the fulfillment partner (Tradelle / Printify).
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Olympus is not responsible for:

Delays due to customs, postal services, or force majeure
Unclaimed, refused, or returned shipments due to incorrect address

In such cases, we may deduct original shipping fees from any refund.

5. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy, which differs based on region and supplier.
Returns must be requested within the timeframe specified (14–30 days depending on location).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Print-on-demand items (e.g., apparel by Printify) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

6. 🛡️ Warranty & Liability

All Olympusil products come with a minimum warranty in accordance with:

Israeli Consumer Law (12 months)
EU Directive 1999/44/EC (2 years for EU residents)
U.S. warranty laws (as applicable)

Olympus is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Losses caused by misuse or negligence
Shipping delays or fulfillment errors beyond our control

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

7. ⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, unless your local consumer protection laws state otherwise.
